As critical as delivery lines and turn-around-times are, no industry can hazard down time for want of a reliable power distribution unit.
At the heart of netrack power distribution, our unrelenting pursuit to serve your rack needs is both a time and cost
efficient endeavor. To customize
solutions especially where space is at a premium we offer to delve into the
topology of the enterprise. Prudent
layout configuration is a watchword, envisioning future cost effective scalability,
as your enterprise evolves.
An overview of our solutions, will peak
your curiosity to delve deeper into our entire product line.
Data center solutions and airflow management.
With technical advancement and innovation,
the dual challenges of heat and cable management are dealt with, as early as
the planning stage. There-by easing the merging of complex computer
arrangements. Optimal cooling solutions for such data center is achieved with a
combination of the primary and advanced methods. The dramatic rise in demand of our data
center solutions is an added motivation in managing these data center setups
supporting thousands of servers and a remarkably large number of users.

high density server racks:
NRSe
600 series:
Typically ultra-rigid racks are, 4 pillars of
14 gauge steel sheet, 6 folded profiles welded to top and bottom,
ribbed/reinforced frame, additionally supported depth wise with 6 depth rail of
4 folded 75mm 16 gauge profile. Enables high density application, given the
enhanced, ultra-rigid racks, which is the result of steel sheets, punched,
welded and then powder coated under bench mark standards of the ISO 9001-2008.
NRSe
600 series with high density cable frame:
Netrack power distribution ingenuity, which
allows for installation in between or at the end of racks, is structured to
sustain high volume vertical and horizontal cables these high density cable
frames, with enhanced, ultra-rigid racks. Which are the outcomes of steel
sheets, punched, welded and then powder coated under bench mark standards of
the ISO 9001-2008.
NRSe
800 series:
These ultra-rigid frames are churned out of 4 pillars of 14
gauge steel sheet, 6 folded profile welded to top and bottom, ribbed/reinforced
frame, additionally supported depth wise with 6 depth rail of 4 folded 75mm 16
gauge profile. Needless to say they are
the product of diligence with steel sheets, punched, welded and then powder
coated under bench mark standards of the ISO 9001-2008.
NRSs
600 series:
Netrack power distribution, design and
structure of these racks and enclosures is based on the ruggedness required to
stay braced, especially in geologically seismic prone regions. Seismic racks are designed for these zones depending
on the potential risk of seismic activity.
On the seismic scale 0 to 4, zone 0 is at relatively low risk while zone
3 and 4 are at a higher risk and warrant the seismic enclosures and racks. They
are of course designed for high density application with steel sheets, punched,
welded and then powder coated under bench mark standards of the ISO 9001-2008.
NRSs
800 series:
The ultra-rigid frame the result of 4
pillars of 14 gauge steel sheet, 5 folded profile welded to top and bottom,
ribbed/reinforced frame, additionally supported depth wise with 6 depth rail of
4 folded 75mm 16 gauge profile and reinforced diagonally by 4, 4 folded 50 mm
14 gauge profile. The design structure is specific to the precautions required
in seismic prone regions. On the seismic scale 0 to 4, zone 0 is at relatively
low risk while zone 3 and 4 are at a higher risk and warrant the seismic
enclosures and racks.
NHDC
series:
Where customer/corporate policy demands
closed racks, this high density closed racks model, enhanced to sustain high
volume of cable, is recommended. Welded,
formed, steel frames and profiles, powder coated in alignment with bench mark
standards of the ISO 9001-2008.
iRack
series:
The iRack from concept to production owes
its technologically sophisticated function to the power distribution need for
having intelligent infra capsules on premises of some sectors like banking,
educational institutions and warehousing. These racks are a result of steel
sheets, punched, welded and then powder coated under bench mark standards of
the ISO 9001-2008. The ultra-rigid welded steel frame of 4 pillars of 14 gauge steel sheet, 6
folded profile welded to top and bottom, ribbed/reinforced frame, additionally
supported depth wise with 6 depth rail of 4 folded 75mm 16 gauge profile and a
front glass door and rear steed door both accompanied with locks and keys.
The 42RU variant with 1200 depth and 600
and 800 width are the configurations. iRack integrates a 3 KW PAC unit,
battery, UPS bank , PDU for power ,
surveillance and environmental management. Server management is enabled with
KVM and console, and intelligent rack access. Additionally iRack is fitted with
air-seal kit, blanking panels, brush models and panels for enhanced airflow
management.
